I believe there's a journey to harmony in healing your inner self to overcome addictions, depression, anxiety, and other stressors that may be affecting you or a loved one. 

Journey to Harmony is a safe space where we collaborate to get you back to feeling WHOLE and HAPPY. 

I use a variety of methods and techniques to create a tailored approach for each client based on their individual situation. I combine my experience, education, humor, creativity, and empathy for down-to-earth, realistic, counseling.
